• Local & Foreign Routes: Transportation services within Mexico and between Mexico and the United States.
• Expedited Routes: Time-sensitive delivery with minimal transit times using our TeamDrivers model.
• Border Crossing: Specialized services facilitating efficient border crossing operations.
• Door to Door (D2D): Complete pickup-to-delivery service across both countries.

All services are subject to individual service agreements, applicable transportation regulations (including FMCSA, SCT, and USMCA requirements), and the terms of any specific quotes or contracts provided.

3. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide reliable and secure transportation services:

• Our liability for cargo loss or damage is governed by applicable transportation law and the terms of the specific service agreement.
• We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations as required by FMCSA regulations.
• We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, customs holds, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Quotes and transit time estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless specified in a written service agreement.
