RJ Transportation Services LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team in Laredo, TX. In this role, you will coordinate cross-border freight movements between Mexico and the United States, ensuring on-time deliveries, regulatory compliance, and seamless communication between drivers, dispatchers, and customers. You will play a key role in maintaining the safety and efficiency standards that define our operations.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience in transportation or logistics operations, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in freight, logistics, or transportation operations.
- Knowledge of cross-border shipping regulations, customs procedures, and CTPAT requirements.
- Proficiency with TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and dispatching software.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing daily freight operations across our Mexico-US corridor, working closely with drivers, customs brokers, and warehouse teams to ensure safe, compliant, and timely deliveries.
- Coordinate and dispatch cross-border shipments between Mexico and the US
- Track shipments in real time and communicate status updates to customers
- Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, customs, and CTPAT regulations
- Collaborate with drivers and yard teams to optimize route planning and load assignments
